Usbekistan
Uzbekistan, located in Central Asia, shares borders with five countries. It is the most populous nation in the region and, after Russia, the second most populous country to emerge from the former Soviet Union. Tashkent, the capital, along with Samarkand and Bukhara, attracts visitors with its rich history. The Uzbek landscape is dominated by the Kyzylkum Desert and the Tien Shan mountains. The continental climate brings scorching summers, with temperatures reaching up to 45 °C, while winters remain mild. Spring and autumn are the ideal seasons to visit, offering more comfortable temperatures.
