The signage is not clear enough.

ITA airways boarding gates are not easily traceable. Gate A1 to A27 are nowhere to be found. I almost missed my flight ✈️ because I was trying to trace where ITA airways is located. Without the help of an agent who took me to my boarding gate A34 I would have missed my flight ✈️ my ticket had only gate A00 , nothing else to indicate what gate to go to. I got lost between gate A1 to A27 because that signage leeds to nowhere. Even some airport staffs were unable to help because they too didn't know. Signage clarity is key...gate A1 to A20 is nowhere to be found. But I could clearly see gate A21 to A34 going downstairs.....but no A1 to A20....

Bueno

needs improvement

It has nice shops and lots of waiting areas. The layout needs to be modernized. My checked baggage was lost at this airport.

No support for pregnant women and kids🥲
