Malawi
Malawi, known as the “Warm Heart of Africa,” is a country in eastern Africa, bordered by Tanzania, Mozambique, and Zambia. Although landlocked, it is home to the picturesque Lake Malawi—the third-largest lake in Africa. The prevailing subtropical climate makes the period from May to October especially pleasant for visitors, with milder temperatures. Highlights include the Shire Highlands and the Mulanje Massif, both offering stunning landscapes. The capital is Lilongwe, where Chichewa is the main language. Malawi is a republic with a unicameral parliament.
